Firefighting Vehicles – Purchase And Delivery Of A Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive System (Category 2: Off-Road) For The Ciarka Volunteer Fire Department. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Consistent With Applicable Standards And Regulations And With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Part Iii. 1) The Car Must Have A Product Approval Certificate For Use In Fire Protection Units, Issued By The Scientific And Research Center For Fire Protection In Józefów, Valid On The Date Of Collection Of The Car, Which Must Be Attached When Collecting The Car. The Car Must Be Brand New, The Engine And Chassis With The Cabin Must Come From The Same Manufacturer, Year Of Production 2026. 2) The Vehicle Chassis Must Have A Valid Type Approval Certificate Or Ec Certificate Of Conformity In Accordance With Separate National Regulations Relating To Road Traffic Law. 3) Devices And Components Installed In The Vehicle Should Meet The Requirements Of Separate National And/Or International Regulations. 4) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide And Hand Over To The Ordering Party The Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle. 5) The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Arrange And Install The Equipment Available To The Volunteer Fire Department In Ciarka. The Ordering Party Requires Agreement On The Layout Of The Equipment In The Process Of Building The Vehicle In Order To Ensure Its Optimal Arrangement And Installation. 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Train Users Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Basic Operation Of The Vehicle. 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Constantly Cooperate With The Ordering Party In Order To Coordinate The Proper Course Of Delivery And Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines. 8) The Purchased Car Will Be Intended For Fire Protection Purposes. 9) The Ordering Party Requires At Least 24 Months Of Warranty And Warranty Covering The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Warranty And Basic Warranty For The Chassis And The Warranty And Warranty For The Fire-Fighting Body And Car Equipment. 10) The Ordering Party Requires Free Service Of The Construction Of The Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order.
