Reconstruction And Renovation Of Part Of The Ground Floor In The Eastern Wing Of The Collegium Maius Building. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities And Design Documentation (Annex No. 8 To The Swz). The Contractor Will Provide At Least 36 Months Warranty For The Works Performed And Devices Installed, And In The Case Of The Structured Cabling System, Warranty Conditions In Accordance With The Provisions In The Design Documentation [Appendix No. 8 To The Swz]. The Warranty Period In Months Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. The Answers Provided By The Ordering Party To The Questions Submitted By The Contractors Should Be Included In The Offer Valuation. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In The Swz. In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order Using Sufficiently Precise Terms And This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order. In Such Situations, Any Reference To Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Should Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Reserves That All Names Of Materials (Products) Provided In The Swz Or Another Document Integral With The Swz Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Intended To Specify The Quality And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party. This Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Minimum Operational, Functional And Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. Whenever In The Content Of This Tor Or In The Annexes Thereto, The Ordering Party Refers To Any Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems, The Contractor May Use Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems (Referred To In Article 101 Of The Public Procurement Law) Equivalent To Them.
