3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Strengthening The Structure Of Columns And Modernization Of The Roof Panel In The Service Building At Ul. Sienkiewicza 763.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Strengthening The Structure Of Columns And Modernization Of The Roof Panel In A Service Building At Ul. Sienkiewicza 76 In Kielce. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: • Demolition And Earthworks Related To Uncovering The Foundations Of The Columns, • Repair And Strengthening Of The Structure Of The Columns, Including Cleaning And Anti-Corrosion Protection Of The Reinforcement, Repair Of Concrete Defects, Installation Of Carbon Fiber Mats (For The Indicated Columns), Execution Of Moisture-Proof Insulation, Restoration Of Plasters And Painting, • Restoration Of The Paving Stone Surface After Completion Of The Works, • Renovation Of The Roof Slab Along The Arcade, Including Among Others Removal Of Existing Finishing Layers, Repair Of The Reinforced Concrete Structure, Protection Of Reinforcement, Implementation Of Repair Layers, Insulation, New Covering With Heat-Welded Felt And Sheet Metal Flashings, • Performance Of Accompanying Works, Including Securing And Organizing The Work Site, Assembly And Dismantling Of Scaffolding, Removal And Disposal Of Waste, • Performance Of Electrical Works, Including Modernization Of The Lightning Protection System And External Arcade Lighting Along With The Necessary Measurements. The Contractor Should Secure The Entrances To The Commercial Premises. These Premises Will Be Used By Tenants During The Works. The Contractor Should Obtain All Permits And Consents To Perform Construction Works, E.G. Occupation Of A Road Or Other Necessary Works. 3.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions For Their Implementation Are Specified In: • Bill Of Quantities - (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz) • Technical Expertise And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - (Appendix No. 10 To The Swz) • Draft Provisions Of The Contract - (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz), • Execution Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Law Public Procurement (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793, As Amended), Act Of July 7, 1994 – Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), And In Matters Not Regulated By The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law, The Act Of April 23, 1964, The Civil Code (I.E.
