Ogrodowa 5, Together With The Change Of The Roof Structure And The Construction Of A Retaining Wall - Stage I. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory And Security Works And Organization Of The Construction Site; 2) Performance Of Demolition And Dismantling Works, Including In Particular: A) Demolition Of The Existing Roof Covering Together With Elements Of The Roof Truss And Insulation, B) Demolition Of Selected Walls, Ceilings And Structural Elements, C) Dismantling Of The Existing Window Joinery And Steel Elements, D) Dismantling The Existing Goods Crane, E) Removal, Removal And Disposal Of Rubble, Construction Waste And Demolition Materials; 3) Execution Of Earthworks And Foundations; 4) Construction Of New Structural Elements, Including: A) Footings And Foundation Slabs, B) Foundation Walls, C) Brick Walls, D) Columns, Beams, Ring Beams And Other Reinforced Concrete Elements, E) New Ceiling Slabs; 5) Reconstruction Of The Functional Layout Of The Building By Construction Of New Structural And Partition Walls, Brickwork And Making New Openings In Accordance With The Design Documentation; 6) Performance Of Masonry Works Related To The Reconstruction Of Chimneys And Construction Of New Chimney Caps; 7) Performance Of Plastering, Painting And Finishing Works Within The Scope Of The Design Documentation; 8) Performance Of Underlays, Moisture-Proof And Thermal Insulation And New Floors; 9) Construction Of A New Roof Structure Along With: A) Performance Of Insulation Thermal And Moisture Protection, B) Execution Of Sheet Metal Work, C) Installation Of A Roof Drainage System, D) Installation Of Roof Hatches, Roof Windows And Smoke Exhaust Elements, E) Installation Of A Technical Ladder; 10) Delivery And Installation Of New Window Joinery, Including Aluminum Windows And Windows With The Required Fire Resistance Class, Along With Installation Of Window Sills; 11) Performance Of All Accompanying, Reconstruction And Finishing Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order;12) Carrying Out The Required Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Technical Acceptance;13) Tidying Up The Construction Site And Providing The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation.2. Due To The Works Being Carried Out On The Premises Of An Active Complex Of Social Welfare Facilities, The Order Will Be Carried Out Under The Following Conditions: 1) Ensuring Uninterrupted Operation Of The Care And Housing Center In Krapkowice And Minimizing The Nuisance Associated With The Works, In Particular By Ensuring Continuity Of Utilities And Supplies, 2) Ensuring The Possibility Of Uninterrupted Entry And Exit From The Area Of The Care And Housing Center From The Side Throughout The Entire Period Of The Works Implementation Street 3-Go Maja, 3
