Part 1: Renovations Of Bridges Along County Roads In The Kłodzko Poviat• Task 1: Renovation Of The Bridge Along County Road No. 3227D, Km 14+475 In The Town Of Skrzynka (Road District No. 1). Renovation Of Two Bridge Wings With Construction Of A Concrete Cover, Stone Drainage, Installation Of Protective Barriers And Renovation Of Bridge Barriers.• Task 2: Renovation Of The Bridge Along The District Road No. 3303D, Km 4+677 In The Town Of Chocieszów (Road District No. 1). Renovation Of The Bridge Wing, Including The Construction Of A Concrete Cover, Stone Drainage And Renovation Of Bridge Barriers. All Materials Used To Complete The Order Must Be Brand New, Of Full Value, Free From Defects And Approved For Use In Construction In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Construction Products Used Must Have The Required Declarations Of Performance Or Declarations Of Conformity, National Or European Technical Assessments (If Required), Certificates And Attestations Confirming Admission To Use In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Proper Marking And Securing The Place Of Work Throughout The Entire Period Of Their Implementation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifies: 1) Supporting Cost Estimates - Annexes No. 9 - 11 To The Swz; 2) Photographic Documentation - Annex No. 13 To Swz Detailed Technical Conditions For The Execution Of Works Are Specified In: Detailed Technical Specification - Annex No. 14 To Swz. In Each Case, References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, It Should Be Assumed That Each Such Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Ensure The Achievement Of Technical, Qualitative, Operational And Functional Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required By The Ordering Party. If Trademarks, Patents, Proper Names, Origins, Manufacturers Or Other Markings That May Indicate A Specific Manufacturer Are Used In The Order Documents, They Should Be Treated Only As Specifying The Minimum Quality, Technical And Functional Requirements. The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Demonstrate That They Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Order Documents Include Labels, Certificates Or Other Markings Confirming Specific Properties Of Construction Works, Supplies Or Services, The Ordering Party Also Accepts Labels, Certificates Or Other Equivalent Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of Equivalent Requirements.
