Part 1 - Laying The Surface Of Residential Roads At Ul. Dąbrowskiego Stage Ivthe Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting Of: A) Modernization Of The Road Surface With Bituminous Surface And Concrete Paving Stones. B) Adjustment Of The Height Of Inspection Wells, Gate Valves, Valves Of Telecommunications Wells, Etc. C) Replacement And Adjustment Of Street Inlets. D) Replacement Of Inspection Well Manholes With The Installation Of Relief Rings. E) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Bill Of Quantities, Swz And Construction Art In Particular. Note: It Is Recommended To Carry Out A Site Visit Before Submitting The Offer. The Contractor Will Provide Surveying Services For The Construction Of The Facility And Perform An As-Built Surveying Inventory. The Contractor Will Prepare And Agree On A Temporary Traffic Organization Design. The Contractor Will Prepare Documentation As-Built (2 Copies In Paper Version And 1 In Electronic Version On Cd, In Pdf Format). Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Following Activities Within The Scope Of The Contract, Consisting In Direct Physical Performance Of Works: Earthworks, Paving, Electrical And Power Works, Sanitary Works, Regulation Of Manholes And Other General Construction Works Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.
