The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Used, Two-Axle Truck (Special) With A Tipper Body Along With Equipment For Winter Road Maintenance (Plow And Sand Spreader) For The Needs Of Pzd Świecie.2. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: A) On The Day Of Delivery To The Ordering Party At The Latest, The Vehicle Must Be Registered In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland As A Special Vehicle (With The Appropriate Entry Of The Vehicle Type In The Registration Certificate), Have A Current Technical Inspection, Valid And Paid Third-Party Liability Insurance And A Set Of Documents Necessary For The Re-Registration Of The Vehicle By The Ordering Party (In Particular The Registration Certificate). The Complete Vehicle With Accessories Must Be Fully Technically Operational And Ready For Immediate Work. B) As Part Of The Order Execution, The Contractor Will Deliver A Truck With Accessories At Its Own Expense To The Road And Bridge District In Drzycim, Ul. Świecka 1, 86-140 Drzycim, The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date No Later Than 3 Days Before The Delivery Date Via The E-Mail Of The Person Indicated As Contact Regarding The Procedure. The Ordering Party Reserves Delivery Hours On Working Days From: From 8.00 A.M. To 1.00 P.M. C) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum Of 1 Month Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Of The Order, Counted From The Date Of The Protocol Transfer Of The Subject Of The Order. The Warranty Will Cover All Mechanical And Sheet Metal Components As Well As Electronics In The Cabin And Air Conditioning, Excluding Elements And Consumables Subject To Natural Wear And Tear During Normal Use Of The Equipment. D) During The Warranty Period, All Costs Related To Repairs Covered By The Warranty And The Travel Of A Service Technician Are Borne By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Requires Warranty Repairs Of The Car To Be Carried Out Within A Maximum Of 7 Working Days From The Moment Of Reporting At The Place Where The Car Is Parked, And Long-Term Technical Repairs Should Be Performed On The Date And Place Agreed In Writing With The Ordering Party. E) When Handing Over The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Two Sets Of Keys And All Required Documents, Certificates, Approvals, Approvals Necessary To Re-Register The Vehicle.
