The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Warehouse Building Along With Land Development On Plot No. 172/8, Brzozowo District, Kijewo Królewskie Commune, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Specification Of The Terms Of Order, Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 2. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 2.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Single-Story Warehouse Building Made Of Steel Construction Technology, With A Square Plan. The Building Has A Flat Roof With A Slope Of 6°, Covered With Sandwich Panels. The Façade Consists Of Sandwich Panels In Gray (Anthracite) Colors, Using No More Than Two Shades. The Windows And Gates Are Available In Anthracite Or Brown. 2.2. Basic Parameters Of The Designed Facility: - Volume – 430.00 M³; - Development Area – 100.00 M²; - Usable Area – 96.04 M²; - Building Height – 4.73 M; - Building Dimensions – 10.00 M / 10.00 M; - Number Of Storeys – 1; 2.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Construction Of An Internal Power Supply Line (Wlz); - Construction Of Fencing Of The Area; - Construction Of Hardened Surfaces With Edges; - Installation Of External Lighting; - Construction Of A Steel Structure Warehouse Building With Wall And Roof Cladding; - Execution Of Construction Joinery; - Execution Of Sheet Metal Work And Rainwater Drainage System; - Performance Of Accompanying And Finishing Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order; - Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory And Its Submission To The Ordering Party; - Performance Of All Preparatory, Security, Cleaning And Reconstruction Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract; - Submission Of Complete Acceptance Documentation, Including Documents Confirming The Approval Of The Products Used, Declarations Of Performance Properties, Warranty Cards, Instructions For Use, Test And Measurement Protocols And Other Documents Required By Law; - Carrying Out All Activities Necessary To Effectively Complete The Construction Process In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Including The Preparation Of Complete Documentation And Documents Required To Notify The Completion Of Construction Or Obtain An Occupancy Permit, If Required By Law.3.
