The Subject Of The Order Includes Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements, As Well As Supervising And Providing Management Of The Works In All Industries. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Organize Coordination Meetings With The Participation Of The Ordering Party And The Contractors Representatives In Order To Discuss Current Matters Regarding The Progress Of The Design Documentation, Proposed Design Solutions Or Problems Occurring At The Design Stage. Coordination Meetings Should Be Held At Least Once A Month. The Dates Of The Coordination Meetings Will Be Set By The Ordering Party In Consultation With The Contractor.1.2.
