The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: Drilling A Production Well With Test Pumping, Developing As-Built Documentation For The Water Intake Along With A Summary Of The Results Of Drilling The Hole, Developing Documentation Including: Selection Of The Above-Ground Part Of A Deep Well With Accessories, Selection Of A Deep Well Pump, Selection Of A Discharge Pipe From The Pump (Aisi 304 Steel) For Connection To The Process Pipeline. The Documentation Should Be Agreed With The Investor, - Execution Of The Intake Infrastructure Based On The Prepared Design Documentation, - Construction Of A Retention Reservoir (Works On The Construction Of The Retention Reservoir Will Be Able To Start After The Ordering Party Obtains A Construction Permit), - Preparation Of As-Built Surveying Documentation. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In This Procedure Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Bills Of Quantities, Swz, Contract Template And Annexes. 4. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Tender Specifications Together With Annexes, Questions And Answers Provided During The Public Procurement Procedure And Bills Of Quantities, As Well As Applicable Detailed Regulations And Construction Practice Together With The Warranty And Warranty Period. The Basis For Preparing The Offer Is The Design Documentation, Stwiorb And Answers To Inquiries During The Public Procurement Procedure. Bills Of Quantities Are Only Supporting Material. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory.
