The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Together With The Authors Supervision For The Addition Of A Passenger Elevator, Including In Particular:1. Stage I – Concept, Including: A. Location Of The Elevator Shaft; B. Description Of Architectural Solutions In The Field Of:• Structure Of The Elevator Shaft;• Technology Of Construction Of The Elevator Shaft;• Functionality Of The Elevator Device;• Equipment And Finishing Of The Elevator Device;• Requirements Regarding Accessibility For People With Special Needs;C. Inventory To The Extent Necessary For Design Purposes.2. Stage Ii: A. Technical Expertise In The Area Of ​​The Designed Elevator Shaft, In Particular The Condition Of The Structure And Building Elements, Taking Into Account The Condition Of The Ground; B. Geological Examination Of The Soil In The Area Of ​​The Planned Elevator Shaft; C. Construction Design Based On Applicable Regulations In This Regard (Land Development Design (Pzt) And Architectural And Construction Design Along With Arrangements And Opinions); D.
