The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works On The Investment Task Entitled: Adaptation, Adjustment And Operation Of The Day Care Home In Bełżec - Renovation Of Rooms Intended For Ddp In Bełżec, Planned For Implementation In The Building At Ul. Lwowska 11, 22-670 Bełżec, Co-Financed Under The Project Social Services In The Bełżec Commune, Measure 8.5 Social Services Of Priority Vii Increasing Social Cohesion Of The European Funds For Lubelskie 2021-2027 Program, Co-Financing Agreement No. 183/Felu.08.05-Iz.00-0031/25-00 Of October 16, 2025. As Part Of The Project, It Is Planned To Create A Day Care Home In The Bełżec Commune, Intended For Elderly And Dependent People Who Require Support In Everyday Functioning. The Aim Of The Initiative Is To Provide Full-Day Care, Support And Social, Physical And Intellectual Activation Of Participants, In Line With The Direction Of Deinstitutionalization Of Social Services. The Facility Will Be Located On The First Floor Of The Building At Ul. Lwowska 11 In Bełżec. The Renovation Includes Comprehensive Renovation And Adaptation Works, Including Demolition And Construction Works, Interior Finishing, Including Walls, Floors And Doors, As Well As Adaptation Of The Water, Sewage And Electrical Installations To The Applicable Technical And Functional Standards. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1. Dismantling Sanitary Equipment In The Existing Toilet, 2. Demolition Of Partition Walls In The Existing Toilet, 3. Cutting Ceramic Wall Tiles In The Existing Toilet, 4. Cutting The Floor In The Existing Toilet,5. Carving Luxfers In The Staircase, 6. Inserting A Window In Place Of Luxfers,7. Demolition Of The Stage, 8. Necessary Brickwork,9. Replenishing Plaster After Brickwork, 10. Leveling The Walls With Cement And Lime Mortar After Cutting The Tiles, 11.
