The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Constituting The Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 3537Z Dw 165 - Rosnowo In The Scope Of Renovation Of The Existing Bituminous Surface And Roadsides With A Total Length Of 2,243 Mb.2. Designed Technical Parameters:1) Traffic Load Category: Kr3 - Kr4,2) Road Width: 6 M (No Changes),3) Narrowing On The First Section From Km 0+795.25 To Km 0+815.30 From 6.0 M To 4.2 M4) Reclaimed Roadsides, 0.75 M Wide,5) Construction And Reconstruction Of Exits,6) Renewal Of Road Markings. 3. The Basic Scope Of Tasks For The Entire Construction Project Includes: 1) Preparatory Works, 2) Demolition Works, 3) Earthworks, 4) Construction Of The Foundation, 5) Surface Works, 6) Finishing Works.4. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annexes No. 8, 9 And 10 To Swz.5, Respectively. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Temporary Traffic Organization Design Developed By The Employer. 6. The Temporary Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of Works Related To The Subject Of The Order Will Be Prepared By The Ordering Party And Made Available To The Contractor.7. Moreover, The Conditions For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To This Specification.8. Contractors Are Expected To Carefully Read The Documentation Of The Subject Of The Contract And Obtain All Information That May Be Needed To Prepare An Offer.9. Construction Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 10. The Selected Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Correct And Timely Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, For Compliance Of The Completed Item With Legal Regulations, Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order. 11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order Only Using Materials And Devices Approved For Trading And For General Or Individual Use In Construction, Covered By A Certificate (Ce Or B Mark), Technical Approval And Relevant Technical Regulations In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law.12. The Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Design Documentation Are Of An Auxiliary Nature In Determining The Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order - The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials. The Order Execution Guidelines Described In The Swz Indicate The Minimum Standards Expected By The Ordering Party. Materials From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party.
