1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Performed In The Rear Part Of The Building Of The Municipal Office In Mirosławiec As Part Of The Task Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of Part Of The Building Of The Municipal Office In Mirosławiec.1) Scope Of The Above-Mentioned. Construction Works Include, Among Others: A) Demolition Works (Demolition Of The Roof Covering, Dismantling Of The Steel Antenna Mast And Directional Antenna, Dismantling Of Battens And Possible Formwork Of The Slopes, Dismantling Of All Gutters, Downpipes, Sheet Metal Flashings, Dismantling Of: Eaves Boards, Roof Hatch, Lightning Protection Installation And, To The Extent Necessary, Dismantling Of Chimneys In Order To Re-Brick Them); B) Replacement Of The Roof Covering For Ceramic Plain Roof Tiles, Including Works Related To The Processing Of Chimneys, Repair And Impregnation Of The Roof Structure And Roof Elements; C) Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System; D) Facade Works (Including Repair Of Brick Elements - Blinds, External Walls, Parapets, Chimneys). 2) The Ordering Party Informs That In The Facility Covered By The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Replacing The Roof Covering With A Lightning Protection Installation, There Are Elements Of Technical Infrastructure - Two Antenna Masts With An Accompanying Installation, One Of Which Is The Property Of A Third Party. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Replacement Of The Roof Covering, Requires The Dismantling Of One Antenna Mast. The Antenna Mast Owned By A Third Party Will Not Be Dismantled During The Replacement Of The Roof Covering.3) The Contractor Of Construction Works Will Be Obliged To: A) Cooperate With The Ordering Party And The Owner Of The Infrastructure To The Extent Necessary To Coordinate The Construction Works; B) Perform Roofing Works And Seal The Roof Covering In The Place Where The Antenna Mast Structure Owned By The Third Party Is Located; C) Take Over The Construction Management By A Construction Manager With Appropriate Authorizations; D) The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Works And Works In Such A Manner And Organizing The Construction Site So That The Continuity Of Operation Of The Municipal Office Building And The Entrance To The Premises Of The Police Station In Mirosławiec Is Possible. The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Above Circumstances In The Calculation Of The Offer Price And In The Organization Of Works.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Order Was Described Using The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Drafted Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract).
