The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of An Investment Task Called: Construction Works In The Provincial Warehouse For Civil Protection And Civil Defense. 2. The Hall In Question Is Located At Ul. Piłkarska 9 In Gorzów Wielkopolski, Plot Number 2498/94, Detached Warehouse Building, Constructed Using Industrialized Technology, Inside, Office And Social Rooms Were Constructed Using The Traditional Method. Building Parameters: Length - 55.90 M, Width - 16.61 M, Usable Area - 872.79 M², Building Area 928.50 M², Volume - 6731.60 M³. Building Structure: Foundations - Reinforced Concrete Footings, Foundation Walls - Concrete Blocks, Steel And Girder Supporting Structure, External Walls Made Of Sandwich Panels.3. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Perform Construction Works In A Warehouse Building And Develop The Area In Accordance With The Design Documentation That Meets The Requirements Of The Construction Law In The Scope Of Art. 32 Section 4. 4. Design Documentation Specifies The Type, Scope And Method Of Performing Construction Works.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 6. All Materials And Devices Marked In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works With A Trademark, Patent Or Origin Or Precise Dimension Should Be Treated As A Description Of The Reference Product. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products That Will Have At Least The Features And Parameters Or Technological, Quality And Functional Expectations Consistent With The Description In The Technical Documentation Accompanying The Reference Product, Subject To Visual Compliance And A 5% Dimensional Tolerance. 7. If The Technical Documentation Describes The Subject Of The Contract Using Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Contractor May Then, Using Documents Other Than Certificates Of Conformity, Demonstrate That The Product He Offers Meets The Requirements Arising From Standards Or Relevant Technical Specifications.8. The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance For Its Business Activities Covering The Period Of Implementation And The Value Of The Order. 9. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: • Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; • An
