1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Part Of The Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A New Section Of The District Road Jasło - Ul. Żniwna – Wolica. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of Embankments From Soil Of Categories Ii-Iv, Together With The Acquisition, Transport, Formation And Compaction Of The Soil; 2) Construction Of Drainage Ditches, Along With Profiling And Removal Of Excavated Material; 3) Drainage Of The Road Structure, Including Earthworks, A Sewage Manhole And A Sewer; 4) Construction Of The Main Foundation Layer From An Unbound Mixture 0/31.5 Mm Made Of C90/3 Aggregate With A Thickness Of 15 Cm After Compaction;5) Execution Of Finishing Works, Including Laying Of Slopes, The Bottom And Top Of Excavations As Well As Roadsides And Embankments;6) Topsoil Covering With Sowing Of Slopes;7) Construction Of A Technological Duct And Cable Ducting Together With Structures/Wells;8) Execution Of Works Related To The Gas Network, Including A Pipeline With The Necessary Utilities;9) Performance Of Works Related To The Energy Network, Including Laying Protective Pipes;10) Performance Of Necessary Accompanying And Reconstruction Works Resulting From The Implementation Of The Investment;11) Ensuring Archaeological Supervision To The Extent Required For The Implementation Of The Works, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Terms Of Reference: 1) Design Documentation - Annex No. 5 Of The Swz, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Developed Design Documentation Covers The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Entire Investment Project, While The Subject Of This Procedure Is Only Part Of The Works Provided For In This Documentation. The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By The Order Was Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitutes The Basis For Preparing The Offer And Implementing The Order.
