And 36M3 (2 Pcs.). 2.Delivery Terms. 1) Vehicle Delivery Conditions: A) The Contractor Will Deliver The Vehicle To The Ordering Party To The City Cleaning Plant, Which Is Located In Legnica (59-220) At Ul. B) On The Day Of Delivery Of The Vehicle, The Contractor Should Provide The Ordering Party With Appropriate Documentation Regarding The Vehicle: - Technical Documentation In Polish For The Complete Vehicle With Devices, - Owners Manual In Polish For The Complete Vehicle With Devices, - Warranty And Service Book In Polish (Confirmation Of The Offered Warranty For The Chassis And Bodywork). -Complete Documentation Allowing For Vehicle Registration In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including The European Ec Type-Approval Certificate (So-Called Ec Certificate Of Conformity) For A Complete Or Completed Vehicle And The Vehicle Card, -Full Documentation From The Office Of Technical Inspection Authorizing The Vehicle For Operation, -Engine Approval Certificate Meeting The Euro Vi Standard.
