The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale Of Electricity Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Sale Of Electricity, In The Planned Amount: 900,000 Kwh During The 12-Month Period Of The Contract, For The Municipal Waste Management Plant In Adamki K. Radzyń Podlaski Sp. Z O. O. Note: The Ordering Party Informs That The Forecast Electricity Consumption During The Term Of The Contract Is Only An Estimate. The Actual Consumption Of Electricity During The Order Execution Period Will Depend On The Needs Resulting From The Ordering Partys Business. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party If The Actual Demand For The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order During Its Implementation Period Is Lower Than The Assumed One Indicated Above, However, The Minimum Consumption Of Electricity To Be Collected From The Contractor Is Set At 750,000 Kwh.2. The Subject Of The Contract In The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Is Defined With The Following Codes: 09300000-2 Electricity, Heat, Solar And Nuclear Energy3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: Indivisible Subject Matter Of The Contract.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Act As The Entity Responsible For Commercial Balancing Referred To In The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law. 5. The Contractor Should Have An Agreement For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services Concluded With The Distribution System Operator Operating In The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Pge Dystrybucja S.A.6. If It Is Necessary To Change The Current Electricity Supplier, The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier.7. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor Whose Offer Was Selected As The Most Advantageous With All Necessary Data To Carry Out The Process Of Changing The Seller And Will Grant Him An Appropriate Power Of Attorney.8.
