1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Piano, Not The Subject Of Exhibition Or Demonstration, Unused, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2024. Quantity/Scope: A) Delivery Of A Piano 1 Piece, B) Bringing And Setting Up The Instrument In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party C) First Tuning Of The Instrument And Checking The Mechanics D) Granting A Warranty To The Contractor (Minimum 60 Months) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Contractors/Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract/Entities Providing Resources/Subcontractors/Further Subcontractors From Third Countries With Which The European Union Is Not Bound By Any International Agreement To Place The Order Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality. In The Event Of Submission Of An Offer By A Contractor From A Third Country With Which The European Union Is Not Bound By Any International Agreement Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Offering Supplies (Products) From Third Countries With Which The European Union Has Not Concluded International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market, Or Countries That Have Not Ratified The Government Procurement Agreement (Gpa). If The Offer Was Submitted By The Contractor, Jointly With The Contractor Or Together With The Entity Referred To In Point 1, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5A Of The Pzp And When The Offered Supplies Come From Third Countries Referred To In Point 2, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Country Of Origin Of The Offered Product (Piano) In The Offer Form. The Ordering Party Will Determine The Country Of Origin Of The Goods (Piano) In Accordance With Art. 3 Section 4 Of Regulation (Eu) 2022/1031 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 23 June 2022 On Access Of Third-Country Contractors, Goods And Services To The Eu Public Procurement And Concessions Markets, And Procedures Supporting Negotiations Regarding The Access Of Eu Economic Operators, Goods And Services To The Third-Country Public Procurement And Concessions Markets, Which Specifies The Method Of Determining The Origin Of Works, Supplies And Services, On The Basis Of Which The Origin Of The Goods Is Determined In Accordance With Art. 60 Of Regulation (Eu) No 952/2013 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 9 October 2013 Establishing The Union Customs Code (Oj L 269.1 Of 10 October 2013, As Amended). Pursuant To Art. 60 Of The Union Customs Code, Goods Wholly Obtained In A Given Country Or Territory Shall Be Considered As Originating In That Country Or Territory (Paragraph 1), And Goods The Production Of Which Involves More Than One Country Or Territory Shall Be Deemed To Originate In The Country Or Territory In Which
