1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Commissioning Of A Power Generator With A Ups Uninterrupted Power Supply System For The Outpatient Clinic Building At Ul. Otwocka 1 In Warsaw, Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Including In Particular: 1) Carrying Out The Necessary Inventories And Developing Complete Design, Construction And As-Built Documentation; 2) Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Opinions, Notifications, Decisions And Permits, If Required; 3) Taking Over And Proper Organization Of The Work Site; 4) Performing Construction, Installation, Electrical And Assembly Works; 5) Delivery, Assembly And Connection Of The Power Generator, System Ups, The Ats System And Other Devices And Installations Covered By The Order Documents;6) Carrying Out Tests, Measurements, Functional Tests And Commissioning Of The Entire System;Conducting Training For Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party;7) Providing Complete As-Built Documentation, Operating Instructions, Warranty Documents And Required Protocols;8) Obtaining Documents Enabling The Use Of The Completed Installation, If Required By Applicable Regulations.3. General Guidelines, Binding On The Contractor, Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Pfu And Annex No. 11 To The Swz - Minimum Technical Requirements.
