1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Implementation And Maintenance Of An E-Mail Security System (Email Security) In A Hybrid Model, Protecting The Ordering Partys Incoming And Outgoing E-Mail Against Threats, Including Phishing, Bec Attacks, Malware, Ransomware And Account Takeover. Basic Security Modules (Mail Gateway Layer) Must Be Implemented In The Local (On-Premise) Model, While Advanced Threat Analysis Functionalities - Analysis Of Attachments In The Sandbox Environment And Analysis And Protection Of Url Addresses - Are Implemented As Cloud Services, While Maintaining The Requirements Regarding The Location Of Data Processing Specified In Section Iv Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Order Also Includes Technical Support For The Manufacturer For A Period Of 12 Months And Implementation Services.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Delivery And Implementation Of Basic Email Security Modules In The Local Model (On-Premise) In The Ordering Partys Infrastructure For 3,600 Classic Users And 900 Light Users - A Total Of 4,500 Users For A Period Of 12 Months; Providing Cloud Services For Attachment Analysis In A Sandbox Environment (With Data Residence In The Eea) And Url Analysis And Protection For A Period Of 12 Months; Integration With The Existing Mail Infrastructure And Directory Service Of The Ordering Party; Providing Technical Support To The Manufacturer At An Increased Level (As Defined In Section Vii Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order) For A Period Of 12 Months; Submission Of As-Built Documentation And Instructions For The Ordering Partys Administrators. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 10 To The Swz (Appendix No. 1 To The Contract Template). Note! The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Completed And Signed Compliance Form With The Offer - The Content Of Annex No. 11 To The Swz. Failure To Submit The Compliance Form With The Offer/Submitting An Unsigned Price Form With An Appropriate Electronic Signature - I.E. A Qualified Electronic Signature, Trusted Signature Or Personal Signature - Will Result In Rejection Of The Contractors Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Of The Public Procurement Law. Required Warranty Period: 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations.
