The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Purchase Of Power Generators, Including The Delivery Of 3 Pieces Of Brand New, Manufactured In 2026, Mobile Power Generators Intended To Provide Emergency Power Supply To Water Treatment Plants And Other Key Elements Of Technical Infrastructure In The Ojrzeń Commune In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Generators Should Be Adapted To Work In Field Conditions, Be Characterized By High Reliability, Ease Of Use And Resistance To Changing Weather Conditions. The Mobile Nature Of The Devices Should Enable Their Use In Various Locations In The Ojrzeń Commune, Depending On Current Needs. All Delivered Devices, Materials And Equipment Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Defects And Approved For Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. They Must Have The Legally Required Approvals, Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity And Other Documents Required For A Given Type Of Device Or Material, As Well As Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Standards And Regulations. The Legally Required Documents Regarding The Delivered Units, In Particular Declarations Of Conformity, Certificates, Operating Manuals And Warranty Documents, Will Be Provided By The Contractor To The Ordering Party No Later Than On The Day Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order.
