The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It (Article 310 Point 1 Of The Act On Public Procurement).
