1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Two Brand-New Mobile Generators With A Rated Power Of Approximately 126 Kw With Diesel Engines Adapted For Continuous Operation, Used To Generate Electricity In The Event Of Mains Power Outages, Along With Full Technical Documentation. 2. The Delivered Generators Must Be Brand New (Unused, Not Regenerated), Free From Physical And Legal Defects, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations, Complete And Ready For Operation. The Devices Must Be Delivered With A Full Set Of Operating Fluids, Batteries And Fuel. The Delivery Also Includes Commissioning And Tests Of Correct Operation Performed By The Contractor.3. The Contractor Will Provide Basic Training In The Operation Of Power Generators In The Field Of Startup, Operation, Maintenance And Safety Rules.4. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered To The Indicated Address: Commune Office In Tczów, Tczów 124, 26-706 Tczów. Delivery Is Allowed Only On Business Days During Office Hours.5. On The Day Of Receipt, Full Technical Documentation In Polish Must Be Provided, Including: A) Warranty Cards, B) Operating Or Use/Service Instructions, C) Ce Declaration Of Conformity, D) Technical Documentation And The Necessary Certificates And Approvals.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Implementation Conditions Are Set Out In The Annexes: 1) No. 1 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) No. 8 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Contract.
