Quotation are invited for Supply of Labels. Description: Supply of Pharmacy Labels QTY-2400 Roll, Registration Labels QTY- for all Health Centers, delivery at PHCC Warehouse with one shipment, Physical sample is must within bid closing date or before the bid closing. Bid Submission & Samples: Bidders with either ex-stock availability or a minimum delivery lead time of 10 days from order acknowledgment are preferred. Samples are essential for technical evaluation and must be submitted within the bid deadline. Samples must be compatible with item specifications and artwork; offers without samples will be disqualified. No samples will be accepted after the deadline; late submissions will be considered non-compliant and rejected. Additional Conditions: Bidders must comply with the RFQ instructions attached. PHCC reserves the right to award partial or whole items based on evaluation results. Prices offered shall be valid for partial awards. The successful bidder must submit a final sample for approval before starting production. NOTE :Samples must be submitted before bid closing or on the day of bid closing.
