As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Develop: Construction Design: − Land Development Design, − Architectural And Construction Design, − Attachments To The Construction Design, Technical Design, Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, Fire Scenario, Map For Design Purposes, Architectural And Construction Concept, All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Technical Conditions. The Documentation Must Be Complete. From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Serves - I.E. To Enable Obtaining A Notification Or Building Permit And The Implementation Of The Investment, Developed In A Way That Ensures Full Compliance Of Design Solutions With Applicable Laws, Norms, Guidelines, Standards And Recommendations Of Competent Authorities And Institutions In The Field Of Design, Construction, Equipment And Operation Of The U-1 Concealment, In Particular In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain On Its Own The Necessary Documents To Develop The Subject Of The Order (Technical Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions, Consents, Decisions, Declarations Etc.), In Addition, The Contractor Of The Task Will Be Obliged To Provide Assistance To The Ordering Party At The Stage Of The Tender Procedure For The Award Of A Public Contract For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works, Including: In The Scope Of Preparing Answers To Possible Inquiries From Contractors Regarding The Construction Design And Cost Estimate Items. Based On The Documentation Prepared, The Ordering Party Will Apply For A Building Permit To The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Explanations And Make Any Corrections And Additions To The Submitted Documentation During The Administrative Procedure.
