The Subject Of The Order Is Financed By The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services Measure 2.2. - Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System, Grant Competition Under The Grant Project “Cybersecure Local Government” Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Ups Emergency Power Supplies. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.4. Delivery Address – Niedrzwica Duża Commune Office, Ul. Lubelska 30, 24-220 Niedrzwica Duża5. The Contractor Will Perform The Order Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz, Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Agreements Constituting Annexes No. 9A And 9B To The Swz.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Be Brand New, Unused, Have The Required Technical Parameters Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz, Be Undamaged, Technically Functional, Complete And Ready For Use, Meet The Standards Required By Polish Law And Be Free From Legal Defects. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Of Full Value And Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Norms And Standards.7. The Contractor, At Least 3 Days Before The Planned Delivery, Will Inform The Ordering Party About It, Indicating The Date And Expected Time Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order.8. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place On Business Days, I.E. Monday - Friday, At Hours Agreed With The Ordering Partys Representative.
