COLLECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS (GOODS & WORKS) Bidding documents will be available for collection by interested bidders from Monday, 10th August, 2026 at Procurement Department of the Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria and Federal College of Forestry Ibadan, upon presentation of evidence of payment of 10,000.00 non-refundable tenders fee per Lot, paid into the Institutes/Federal College of Forestry, Ibadan Treasury Single Account as shown in the table in paragraph 5 below. 5. SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BIDS (GOODS & WORKS) Interested bidders are to submit two hard copies original of technical bids in a separate sealed envelope with inscription Technical Bid for the project title and Two hard copies of the Financial Bids (one original, one photocopy) in a separate sealed envelope with inscription Financial Bid for the project title while the two envelopes shall be sealed in a bigger third envelope with inscription Technical and Financial Bid for the project title furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and be dropped in the designated Tender Box at the office of the Procurement Department of the Institute/ Federal College of Forestry Ibadan.
