Hämeen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (Hamk) Has Decided To Build A New Campus In The Center Of Hämeenlinna. The Prerequisite For Construction Is To Sell The Main Part Of The Building Stock Of Hämeenlinnas Visamäki Campus. With This Call For Tenders, Hamk Is Looking For An Expert Partner To Prepare A Preliminary Study, The Aim Of Which Is To Identify And Evaluate Alternative Paths For The Sale Of Properties In Visamäki. The Acquisition Also Includes Managing The Actual Sales Process As An Option. The Goal Is To Start The Work In September 2026. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Object Is In The Attachments Of The Request For Tender.
