The Object Of The Procurement Is The Conversion Of A Forest Area Located At Piikatu 6, 55120 Imatra, Into A Construction Site For The Logistics Training Building Of Saimaa University Of Applied Sciences. The Contract Includes The Clearing Of The Construction Area, Construction Of A Stormwater Basin, Earth Excavation And Mass Replacement Works, As Well As The Construction Of Related Off-Site Works In Accordance With The Plan And Tender Documents. The Project Is Implemented According To The Plans Commissioned By The Customer As A Total Contract, Where The Contractor Has A Direct Contractual Relationship With The Customer. The Pre-Construction Civil Engineering Contractor Is The Main Contractor Who Is Responsible For Site Management Duties And Coordinates The Construction. It Is Required To Familiarize Yourself With The Site (Piikatu 6, Imatra) At A Joint Viewing Event On Wednesday, August 19. At 9-10 Or At Another Agreed Time.
