århusjordet Housing Estate - Area 3 - Fyresdal Municipality . Descriptionfyresdal Municipality Will Build A Total Of 26 Housing Units On The Århusjordet, As An Extension Of Folkestadbyen. The New Residential Area Will Consist Of Several Housing Types With A Different Number Of Housing Units Per Housing Type. In Addition, The Project Includes A Garage Building (Carport) And Outdoor Areas With Parking And Green Areas. The Plots Will Be Taken Over As They Appear As Of Today. Preparation Of Roads And Plot Areas For The Homes Has Been Carried Out In A Previous Contract, And Water And Sewage Systems As Well As Electrical Infrastructure Have Been Brought Up To The Plot Boundary. The Buildings Are To Be Erected With A Support System In Solid Wood. An Option Price Must Also Be Given For Execution With A Standard Traveling Structure With A Similar Function. The Project Is Divided Into Three Areas: Area 1: Three Residential Buildings (Housing Type 04, 06 And 07), Garage Building (Carport), Central Heating System, Common Underground Waste Disposal Facility As Well As Delivery And Installation Of A Solar Cell System Area 2: Four Residential Buildings (Housing Type 02 And Detached House) Area 3: Two Residential Buildings (Detached House And Three-Family House) Please Refer To The Competition Basis For A Detailed Description Of Each Area And The Interface Between The Areas. This Procurement Applies To Area 3. The Contract Work Must Be Carried Out As A Turnkey Contract According To Ns 8407, With The Clarifications, Changes And Additions That Follow From The Tender Basis. The Work Is Planned To Start As Soon As Possible After Contracting. The Homes Must Be Ready For Occupancy No Later Than 30 September 2028.
