Prime Consultant Services - Request For Proposal . Lakeland College Invites Proposals From Qualified Multidisciplinary Prime Consultant Teams To Provide Professional Consulting Services For Two (2) Capital Projects Located At The Vermilion And Lloydminster Campuses. The Successful Proponent Will Be Retained As Prime Consultant For Both Projects. Project 1 (Equine Facility) Is Anticipated To Proceed Through All Phases Of Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Project Closeout And Warranty Review. Project 2 (Lloydminster Campus Space Planning And Renovation Project) Will Initially Proceed Through The Completion Of Space Planning And Schematic Design.
