The General Objective Of This Project Is To Strengthen The Conditions Of Safety, Habitability, Functionality And Conservation Of The Infrastructure Of The Educational Establishment, Contributing To The Well-Being Of The Educational Community And The Adequate Development Of Pedagogical Activities In A Safe And Quality Environment. To Achieve This Objective, The Execution Of Various Interventions Aimed At The Improvement And Comprehensive Conservation Of The Pavilions And Common Spaces Is Contemplated. Among Them, The Maintenance Of Roofs And Rainwater Evacuation Systems Is Considered, With The Purpose Of Preventing Leaks And Structural Deterioration; Repair Of Ventilated Ceilings; And The Execution Of Painting Work On The Facades And Ceilings Of Different Pavilions, Actions That Will Protect The Infrastructure, Prolong Its Useful Life And Improve The Hygiene, Lighting And Presentation Conditions Of The Spaces. Likewise, The Project Incorporates The Modification Of The Access Fence And The Installation Of A Tensile Structure In The Entrance Sector, In Order To Reinforce Security Conditions, Optimize Access Control And Provide A Protected Space For The Educational Community. Together, These Works Will Allow The Preservation And Modernization Of The Existing Infrastructure, Ensuring Adequate, Safe And Functional Spaces, In Accordance With The Standards Required For The Correct Functioning Of The Educational Establishment.
