The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Scope Of: 1) Construction Of Telecommunications, Electrical And Water And Sewage Installations, Together With The Purchase And Installation Of Electric Boilers For Hot Water In Office Rooms And Bathrooms (Works Marked In The Bill Of Quantities As Investment), 2) Ongoing Maintenance Of Office Rooms, Toilets And Bathrooms In The Building Of The Krakow Saltworks Museum In Wieliczka, Ul. Park Kingi 6, 32-020 Wieliczka, Hereinafter Referred To As Construction Works.2. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Is Set Out In Annex 2 To The Specification.3. The Bill Of Quantities Constitutes Annex 3 To The Specifications.4. The Declaration Of The Owner Of The Building (Wieliczka Krakow Saltworks Museum In Wieliczka) Consenting To Use The Property For Construction Purposes To The Extent Specified In The Contract Is Attached As Annex No. 4 To The Contract.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Cost Estimate And Obligatorily Attach It To The Submitted Offer. The Cost Estimate Is A Mandatory Basis For Calculating The Price And Settling The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Price All Required Items From The Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Specification. Inconsistency Of Items Or Lack Of Valuation Of Any Item From The Bill Of Quantities Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act.6. Detailed Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Specification Entitled The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works And The Rules For Its Implementation Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 5 To The Specification.
