1. The Planned Investment Involves The Reconstruction Of An Existing Multi-Family Building And The Construction Of A New Multi-Family Residential Building Constituting A Complex Of Two Buildings. Investment Location: Gliwice, Ul. Anny Jagiellonki 8, Plots 160/2, 156, 158, 60/2, 60/3, Łabędy District.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 2 Tasks: Task 1: Development Of Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of An Existing Multi-Family Residential Building At Ul. Anna Jagiellonki In Gliwice, Together With The Authors Supervision. Task 2: Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Construction Of A New Multi-Family Building With Land Development And Accompanying Infrastructure At Ul. Anna Jagiellonka In Gliwice, Including Authors Supervision.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts, Both Tasks Are Part Of A Coherent Whole, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer For Both Tasks. 4. The Order Must Be Completed Based On The Technical Documentation Attached To This Procedure, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz 5. Scope Of The Order.5.1. Task 1: A) Development Of A Construction Design (Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design) Based On The Concept Attached To The Procedure And Taking Into Account The Comments, Suggestions And Opinions Of The Ordering Party/Project Manager, As Well As Enabling The Implementation Of The Intended Investment Along With The Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes, Obtaining A Valid Building Permit And Other Permits (If Required), As Well As Any Other Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Etc., And Performing An Energy Audit After The Renovation. B) Development Of Detailed Designs To Be Used By Future Contractors To Properly Carry Out The Works, And For The Project Manager To Enforce The Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Project Along With Apartment Cards, The Target Traffic Organization Project And The Road Traffic Organization Project For Access To The Construction Site C) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works D) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates E) Other Studies, I.E.
