1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Under The Name: Mowing Of Meadows And Removal Of Biomass In The Dolina Zagórskiej Strugi Nature Reserve2. The Dolina Zagórskiej Strugi Reserve Is Located In The Communes Of Wejherowo And Rumia, In The Wejherowo Poviat, Pomeranian Voivodeship.3. Mowing Of Meadows Should Be Carried Out Using Light Agricultural Equipment Or Manual Brush Cutters, And The Resulting Biomass Should Be Removed From The Parts Of The Areas Covered By The Activities. The Total Area Of ​​​​Treatments Is 3.5 Ha.4. The Subject Of The Agreement Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Polish And Eu Law, In Particular The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Nature Protection (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 13, As Amended).5. In The Event Of A Change To The Above Legal Acts During The Implementation Of The Agreement, The Contractor Will Take These Changes Into Account When Implementing The Task.6.
