4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities At The Municipal Stadium In Tarnogród As Part Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Existing Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities At The Sports Stadium In Tarnogród And Różaniec Młodych. 4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition Works - Sheet Metal Flashings, Boxes, Signs, Boards, Ventilation Grilles, Steel Grates, Architraves On The North Side And Part Of The Sidewalk On The East Side, Plaster Reflection In The Basement Entrance, 2) Replacement Of Parts Of The Door And Window Joinery (With Triple-Glazed Units), 3) Supplementation Of The Existing And Installation Of New Silicone Plasters On The Walls And Mosaic Plaster On The Plinth, 4) Construction Of New Sheet Metal Work, Installation Of Downpipes And Polycarbonate-Covered Aluminum Roofs Over The Entrance Door To The Building, 5) Construction Of New Stairs Made Of Concrete Cubes Framed With A Palisade From The Side Of The Exit To The Pitch, 6) Toilet For The Disabled - Removal Of Existing Terracotta Tiles And Glaze And Installation Of New Ones, Replacement Of Doors And Equipment, Painting Of Walls And Ceilings. 4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of: 1) Architectural And Construction Design, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bill Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, The Contractors Valuation Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Architectural And Construction Design Referred To In Point 1) And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In Larger Quantities Than Those Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities During The Implementation Of The Contract Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1 Or Stwiorb. If The Content Of The Design Documentation And The Stwiorb Contain Any Provisions Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, E.G. Rules For The Introduction Of Additional Or Replacement Works, Acceptance Of Works, Method Of Settlement, Which Are Not Reflected In The Content Of This Swz And The Draft Agreement Or Are Inconsistent With Them, The Provisions Of The Swz And The Draft Agreement Constituting An Annex To The Swz Should Be Accepted As Binding.
