The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Titled: Construction Of A Sports Field Lighting Installation In Wąsosz, Together With The Installation Of Bicycle Racks, To Be Carried Out On Plot No. 364, Wąsosz Registry District. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Implementation Of The Task In Question Was Specified In The Technical Documentation And The Offer Cost Estimate Attached To The Procedure. The Subject Of The Study Is A Construction Design Of The Electrical Industry For An Investment In The Construction Of A Football Field Lighting Installation In Wąsosz, On Plot No. 364; Precinct 0001 Wąsosz, Unit Id No. 020404_4 Wąsosz. The Task Includes The Following Issues: 1. Construction Of A Yaky 4X25mm2 Power Supply Installation, 2. Expansion Of The Existing Cable Connection Of The Pitch, 3. Installation Of Masts And Lighting Poles With Led Floodlights. In Addition, The Task Includes The Installation Of 4 Inverted U-Type Bicycle Racks. 2. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations, Standards, Technical Specifications For The Acceptance And Execution Of Works And On The Terms And Conditions Set Out In The Contract.3. Commencement Of The Works Is Possible Only With The Consent Of The Supervision Inspector, After Determining That Other Conditions And Stages Of Construction Works Meet The Requirement For Proper Conduct Of The Basic Works. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present Acceptance Reports For The Disappearing Works. The Contractor Must Absolutely Notify The Supervision Inspector About The Date Of Acceptance Of The Finishing Works (Preparation Of Ballast, Etc.) Under Pain Of Failure To Accept The Above-Mentioned Works. Elements.4. Upon Completion And Submission Of The Works For Acceptance, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party An Inspection Report Containing Technical Documentation With Changes Made During The Works As Well As Technical Approvals, Certificates And Declaration Of Conformity For The Built-In Materials And Measurement Reports For Electrical Installations. Additionally, In The As-Built Documentation And Acceptance Of Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An As-Built Surveying Inventory.5. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Conduct Training In The Operation Of The Lighting System For Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party.6. The Task Is Carried Out With Financial Assistance From The Budget Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship As Part Of The Sports Infrastructure Development Program In The Lower Silesian Voivodeship In 2026.7.
