The Scope Of The Task Includes: 1) Architectural Concept Of Land Development. 2) Preparation Of Technical Documentation Including: A/ Land Development Design In The Scope Specified In The Graphic Attachment, Including: - Square, Entrances, Driveways And Parking Spaces, - Landscaped Greenery, - Area Lighting, - Small Architectural Objects, - Signposts, Information Boards, - Other Necessary Elements Of Land Development; B/ Construction Documentation In The Following Industries: - Architectural And Construction, - Road, - Land Drainage Installation With A Reservoir Retention, - Electrical Installation Supplying Area Lighting, - External Monitoring Installation, - Greenery Design, C/ Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works As Well As Information Regarding Health And Safety; D/ Preparation Of The Investors Cost Estimate, Bill Of Quantities And List Of Materials.3) Design Of The Development Of Front Gardens Separately For Each Of The 7 Properties, Including: A/ Detailed Design Of The Fence, B/ Design Of The Greenery Arrangement.4) Obtaining A Building Permit And All Other Permits, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Law.5) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes.6) If Necessary, Performing Geotechnical Tests Of The Ground.
