1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Fire Alarm System (Ssp) In The Building Of The Przystań Social Welfare Home In Katowice In The Design And Build Formula. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Functional And Utility Program And Information On The Existing Ssp System Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.1.2. The Order Includes In Particular:• Inventory Of The Existing Ssp Installation And Related Installations;• Development Of Design Documentation And Fire Scenario;• Reconciliation Of Documentation With A Fire Protection Expert;• Dismantling Of The Existing Ssp System, Including Ionization/Isotope Detectors, If Any;• Disposal Of Elements Of The Existing System In Accordance With The Regulations, Including By An Entity With The Required Permits Regarding Radioactive Sources;• Delivery, Assembly, Configuration And Commissioning Of A New Addressable System Ssp;• Integration Of The System With The Psp Fire Monitoring System And With Devices And Systems Existing In The Facility, If They Exist And Require Control Or Monitoring;• Carrying Out Tests, Trials, Measurements And Staff Training;• Providing Complete As-Built And Acceptance Documentation;• Preparing The System For Acceptance Activities/Arrangements With The Psp Or The Fire Monitoring Operator, If Required.1.3. The Order Includes In Particular:• Existing Ssp System: Polon Alfa Csp-35A;• The Facility Includes An Inventory Of: 43 Ionization Detectors, 44 Optical Detectors And 4 Thermal Detectors;• The Ordering Party Does Not Have Floor Plans In The Dwg Format;• Data Regarding Rooms: Basement - Utility Rooms 18 Rooms, Ground Floor - 22 Rooms, 1St Floor - 26 Rooms, 2Nd Floor First Floor – 26 Rooms. The Data Is Of Auxiliary Nature And Requires Verification By The Contractor During The Inventory; • The New System Is To Ensure Complete Protection Of The Facility - All Areas Of The Building Are To Be Covered By Automatic Detectors And/Or Manual Fire Alarms In Accordance With The Design, Standards, Fire Scenario And Approval Of The Fire Expert.
