1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New It Equipment As Part Of A Task Co-Financed By The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) Program, Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System, Grant Competition Under The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Project, Including: 1.1. Technical Area:• Disks For The Existing Server - 5 Pcs;• Nas File Server For Creating Backup Copies - 1 Pc;• Disks For The File Server - 11 Pcs;• Expansion Card For The Nas File Server - 2 Pcs;• Managed L3 Network Switches - 6 Pcs;• Backup System For Computers, Servers And Virtual Machines - 1 Pc;• It Infrastructure And Security Management System - 1 Pc;2. The Contractors Obligations Include: 2.1. Delivery Of Equipment,2.2. Assembly (If Applicable),2.3. Providing Service During The Warranty Period.3. The Contractor Will Check The Delivered Products Using His Own Resources. All Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order (E.G. Moving, Folding, Cleaning, Etc.) Will Be Performed By The Contractor Using Its Own Employees. The Delivered Product Must Not Have Any Defects, Mechanical Damage, Scratches Or Other Defects That Impair Its Quality. An Item With A Defect Should Be Replaced With Another One Without Defects. During Delivery, The Ordering Party Will Verify The Delivered Equipment For Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Scope Of Services Covered By The Order And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Are Specified In: Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 5 To This Swz - Opz And The Drafted Significant Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
