The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Design And Build Investment Under The Name: Construction Of The Orlik 2025 Sports Complex, Including The Construction Of A Circular Track With A Straight Track, A Long And High Jump And A Shot Put Field At The John Paul Ii Primary School No. 7 With Integration Departments In Łowicz.2. The Order Includes:2.1. Preparation Of Design Documentation In The Following Scope: 1) Concept Confirming The Assumptions From The Pfu With The Introduction Of Detailed Technical Considerations Of All Elements Of The Facility Planned For Implementation On The Map For Design Purposes, Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party; 2) Construction Design In The Scope Of The Plot Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, And Technical Design. Designs Should Be Developed Based On An Approved Concept. Note: Before Submitting To The Architectural And Construction Administration Authorities, The Designs, As Well As The Executive Documentation, Are Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party And The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism (Verification Will Concern Compliance With The Msit Guidelines);3) Bill Of Quantities And Bid Cost Estimate Based On The Construction Design Necessary For The Proper Control Of The Investment Implementation By The Ordering Party And For The Records Of Fixed Assets;4) Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Construction Design;5) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Valid Decision On A Building Permit Or An Effective Notification Of Works, As Well As All Decisions, Consents, Permits, Arrangements, Technical Conditions, Geodetic Studies In The Form Of A Map For Design Purposes, Taking Into Account The Existing Greenery Or The Necessary Cutting Of Trees Or Shrubs, Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment Task In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Requirements Of The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism.2.2. Carrying Out Construction Works And Building A Facility Covered By The Functional And Utility Program And Design Documentation Developed On Its Basis.2.3. Construction Works And Elements Of The Facility To Be Implemented As Part Of The Order: 1) Football Pitch With An Artificial Grass Surface With A Fence, Ball Catchers And Lighting, 2) Multi-Functional Pitch With A Polyurethane Surface With A Fence, Lighting, Drainage To The Municipal Rainwater Sewage System, 3) Construction Of A Sanitary And Social Facility Building With The Necessary Installations: Water, Sewage And Electricity, 4) Lighting For The Football Pitch, Multi-Purpose Pitch With The Necessary, Area Lighting, 5) A 4-Lane Circular Track With A 4-Lane Straight Track With Drainage To The City Stormwater Sewage System, 6) Long Jumps, 7) High Jumps, 8) Ball Throwers, 9) Construction Of A Polyurethane Surface On The Entire Internal Surface In The Bends Of The Track And Between The Football Pitch And The Track, 10) Construction Of A Perma
