The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Crushed Dolomite Aggregate, Fraction 0-31.5 Mm, In An Amount Of 1000 Mg, Including Installation. The Delivered Dolomite Aggregate Used In Road Construction Must Have Technical Approvals Issued By An Authorized Entity. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Places In The Jastków Commune And In Quantities Indicated By The Ordering Party, Depending On The Needs, With A Single Order Not Lower Than 30 Tons. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Work Actually Performed. The Contractor Assumes Full Responsibility For The Proper Execution Of Deliveries, Ensuring The Quality Of Materials And Organizational And Technical Methods During The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Will Ensure Safety And Health Protection While Performing All Activities During The Execution Of Deliveries And Will Maintain The Place Of Deliveries In A Safe Condition For Unauthorized Persons. Quality Standards Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Art. 246 Section 2 Public Procurement Rights Are Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Is An Integral Part Of These Terms Of Reference.
