1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Obtaining All Official Decisions, And Then Execution Of Construction Works And As-Built Documentation For The Investment Task Titled: Creation Of A Thematic And Educational Garden In The Town Of Zduny.2) The Scope Of The Investment Task Is Limited To The Employers Property: The Subject Of The Project Is The Creation Of A Green Space With Elements Of Biodiversity In The Town Of Zduny. The Investment Being The Subject Of The Order Is Planned On The Registered Plot No. 544/3, District 0022, Located In The Zduny Commune, Łowicz County, Łódź Voivodeship. The Area Covered By The Study Will Be Developed As A Thematic Garden With An Educational And Natural Function, Integrating Green, Educational, Recreational And Infrastructural Elements. All Components Of The Garden Will Constitute A Coherent Program And Space Assumption, Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. The Investment Will Be Implemented In A Formal And Legal Division: • Land Development - Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Notification Of Construction Works. • Gazebo And Sanitary And Utility Container - Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of A Building Permit. The Following Scope Of Work Is Planned For The Investment: 1. Development Of Design And Formal Documentation: • Preparation Of The Land Development Concept • Development Of Complete Design Documentation: - For The Site - Documentation Necessary To Report Construction Works, - For The Gazebo And Container - Construction Design For A Building Permit (Including Obtaining A Licp Decision), • Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications And Industry Designs (Installation, Electrical, Sanitary, Telecommunications), • Obtaining The Employers Approval • Obtaining Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Necessary To Implement The Investment. 2. Construction Works Include: • Preparation And Tidying Up Of The Area; • Construction Of A Gazebo With A Stage Function (Based On A Building Permit); • Installation Of A Sanitary And Utility Container (Based On A Building Permit); • Construction Of Pedestrian Routes With Mineral Surfaces; • Construction Of Pedestrian Routes With Wooden Surfaces; • Construction Of A Platform For A Gazebo Made Of Wooden Surface; • Construction Of A Maneuvering Area With A Gravel Surface; • Construction Of An Educational Playground; • Construction Of A Playground Fence; • Construction Of A Fence Along With Gates, An Entrance Gate And An Inspection Gate; • Planting Greenery: - Planting Designed Trees; - Compensation For Cuttings; - Planting Shrubs And Perennials; - Sowing Lawns And Flower Meadows; • Construction Of Retention Basins; • Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architectural Objects: - Benches, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks, Tables; - Educational Boards, Posts Showing The Direction To Attractions; - Insect Houses, - Playground Equipment; - Brine Graduation Tower; • Implementation Of Sensory Paths; • Construction Of A Pump Track Made Of
