The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of A Section Of District Road No. 1826C In The Bobrowo Commune As Part Of The Task Reconstruction Of Sections Of District Roads No. 1826 C, 1822 C, 1821 C, 1823 C, And 1819 C In The Bobrowo Commune In The Town Of Małki, Brodnicki Poviat, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. 2. The Description And Scope Of Construction Works For The Reconstruction Of The Poviat Road Are Specified In The Technical Documentation Entitled Reconstruction Of The Section Of District Road No. 1826C In The Bobrowo Commune. 1) Selected Design Solutions And Road Parameters: - Scope Of Works: From Km 5 + 965 To Km 6 + 865, Length 0.9 Km, - Road Width: Approximately 5.0 M, - Road: Single-Lane, Two-Way, - Technical Class: L (Local), - Cross-Road Inclination: 2% (Roof), - Width Of Exits: 5.0 M, - Width Reinforced Roadsides: 2 X 0.75 M, - Drainage Of Water To Roadside Ditches, 2) As Part Of The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1826C, It Is Envisaged: - Milling Of The Existing Bituminous Surface At The Junctions, - Execution Of Additional Structural Layers Of The Surface Along With Laying A Glass Geogrid To Strengthen The Road Surface, - Construction Of Strengthened Roadsides, - Construction And Reconstruction Of Exits, - Renovation Of Ditches Drainage, The Ordering Party Requires The Return Of Demolition Materials (Milling Material) On The Terms Specified In § 2 Of The Draft Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of This Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Swz And In The Technical Documentation Referred To In Section 2, Attached To The Swz, Including In Accordance With The Detailed Technical Specifications (Sst) And The Conditions Resulting From Applicable Standards, Technical Regulations And Construction Law.
