The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Single-Story Sanitary And Locker Room Building, 2) Construction Of A Football Pitch With A Water-Permeable Surface Made Of Synthetic Grass, 3) Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field With A Water-Permeable Polyurethane-Rubber Surface, 4) Construction Of A Fence For The Sports Complex And Installation Of Ball Catchers, 5) Construction Of A Lighting Installation For The Pitches And The Surroundings Of The Sports Complex, 6) Construction Of A Video Monitoring Installation, 7) Construction Of Stairs Off-Road Areas,8) Construction Of Hardened Access Roads, Parking Lots, Pedestrian Paths And Strips Around The Sports Fields9) Construction Of A Water Supply Connection And Installation,10) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Connection And Installation,11) Construction Of An Electrical Power Connection And Installation,12) Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation Located On The Roof Of The Sanitary And Cloakroom Building,13) Development Of Green Areas.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annexes No. 6.1 - 6.50 And 7.1 - 7.3 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz Is Treated Only As Illustrative Material And Does Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 103 Pzp.3. Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works May Indicate Trademarks Or Origin For Some Materials, Products, Equipment Or Devices. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials, Products, Elements Of Equipment Or Devices Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Decisions Obtained, Ensure That Parameters Are At Least At The Same Level As Those Assumed In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Will Be No Worse In Terms Of: 1) Functional Character Understood As Identity Of Function, 2) Technical Parameters Understood As Strength And Durability, 3) Safety Parameters Of Use.4. In Each Case When The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems In The Swz, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed.5. All Materials And Products Used During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be New And Meet The Marking And Conformity Assessment Requirements Specified In The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213).6. The Devices And Equipment Elements Delivered By The Contractor As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free
