The Subject Of The Order Is The Joint Purchase Of Active Electricity For The City Hall In Zduńska Wola And Municipal Organizational Units For The Purposes Of Operating Buildings, Premises, Utility Facilities And Supplying Street Lighting.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Sale Of Electricity To: 1) 46 Energy Collection Points For Powering Buildings, Office Premises And Utility Facilities. 2) 113 Energy Collection Points - For Powering Street Lighting.3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Process Of Changing The Supplier Is Taking Place Once Again (The Ordering Party Has Separate Contracts For The Supply And Purchase Of Energy). The Current Seller Is Energa Obrót S.A., The Distribution System Operator (Dso) Is Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Łódź Branch, Except For The Point Indicated In Annex No. 4: Premises In The Railway Station Building For Which The Osd Is Pge Energetyka Kolejowa S.A. Continued Section 7.4.) Type And Scope Of Changes To The Contract And The Conditions For Their Introduction Valorization Clause 1. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Subject To Indexation No More Often Than Once A Quarter, Starting From The Date Indicated In Section 2, For The Conversion Of Which The Last Published Indicator Of The Central Statistical Office As At The Date Of Submitting The Application Referred To In Section. 5.4. The Remuneration Is Changed If The Cumulative Percentage Change (Increase Or Decrease) In The Central Statistical Office Indicator, Starting From The First Full Calendar Month From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, Is, At The Moment Of Indexation, More Than 15.0%. 5. In A Situation Where The Indicator Referred To In Section 4 Exceeds The Assumed Threshold, The Contractor Is Entitled To Submit A Written Request To The Ordering Party, At Least 7 Days Before The Beginning Of The Next Calendar Month, For A Change In Remuneration, Including At Least The Amount Of Remuneration Due To The Contractor Without Indexation, The Amount Of The Indicator Used, And The Value Of Remuneration After Indexation.6.
