The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract Using His Own Efforts To The Central Economic Warehouse (Cmg) Located In The Social Welfare Home (Dps) At Ul. Karmelkowa 25 In Wrocław.4. The Required Quality Guarantee Period And Warranty Conditions For The Delivered Subject Of The Order - Were Specified In The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 3 To Swz.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Quantity Of The Ordered Goods, Can Be Found In The Price Calculation And In The Draft Agreement.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ People On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
