Waste Collection And Management Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Current Permits Held By The Contractor (Or Subcontractor). The Offered Waste Management Method Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions And Recovery Processes Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 4.
