The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment, Small Architecture, Renovation Of Benches And Parts Of The Existing Gym Equipment And Play Set, Planting Greenery, As Well As Construction Works Consisting Of Dismantling And Earthworks Based On The Documents Specified In Point 4.5 Of The Swz. The Area Covered By The Investment Is Located On Plot 194/4, Geodetic District 096 Zagorzynek.2. The Material Scope Covered By This Procedure Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: 1) Dismantling Works Of Parts Of Existing Equipment; 2) Earthworks; 3) Renovation Of Benches, The Frame Of The Regulation Board, Outdoor Gym Equipment And A Play Set; 4) Planting Plants; 5) Delivery And Assembly Of: A) Ping-Pong Table; B) A Chess Table; C) Ground Trampolines (3 Segments); D) Waste Bin; E) A Board With The Regulations Of The Playground Along With The Logo Of The Citizens Budget (The Content Of The Regulations To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Task Implementation);6) Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order And Clean-Up Works After The Works, Including The Restoration Of Green Areas To Their Previous State.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Other Terms Of Order Execution Can Be Found In The Terms Of Reference (Swz) And Its Annexes.
